Personal Hauzertech module
Optional Google Calendar and Google Contacts connections for your commercial schedule and the client contacts you choose to save.
Hauzertech Agenda e Contatos connects your Google account to Hauzertech, within Agente Haí. With your authorization, the module synchronizes visits and tasks assigned to you in your selected calendar and saves selected contacts with public property context. Calendar and contacts are independent choices in My Account → Calendar and contacts.
Choose an existing Google calendar you have permission to edit. Synchronization creates, updates and cancels only Hauzertech-managed appointments for visits and tasks assigned to you. Automation requires your explicit activation; you can also request a manual synchronization.
In an opportunity’s contact dialog, choose the client, property and authorized phone number and confirm Save to Google. The contact may include the name, phone, email and property title, code, address and public link. Saving the same client and property again reuses its mapping to update the contact and prevent duplicates.
In My Account → Calendar and contacts, select calendar, contacts or both. Permissions belong to your personal account and real estate company.
The connection button opens the genuine Google consent screen. Check the account and permissions before authorizing. Hauzertech receives authorization without asking for your Google password.
Select your destination calendar and save your preference. Choose whether to enable automatic synchronization of future visits and tasks assigned to you or request a manual synchronization.
View managed appointments in Google Calendar and explicitly save your selected contact from the opportunity. Check synchronization status in Hauzertech.
We use the account identity and granted permissions to operate the connection. Authorized client information and public property information, times and locations are sent only for authorized operations. Internal CRM notes and private documents are not exported, and invitations are not created automatically. Credentials are encrypted on the server. Data received from these APIs is not used for AI training, advertising or data sales.
If synchronized content is edited directly in Google, its mapping enters a conflict state. Hauzertech does not import that change into the CRM or automatically overwrite it. Events with attendees or recurrence are not automatically updated or removed.
Disable automation or disconnect in My Account → Calendar and contacts. Disconnecting removes stored credentials and stops new synchronization. Existing events and contacts remain in Google; Hauzertech retains technical mappings for conflicts and duplicate prevention. You can also revoke authorization in your Google account.
Phone and WhatsApp visibility depend on Google account synchronization and device permissions. The module does not silently save to the native address book or guarantee visibility without device configuration.
