Scope of the integration
When a WhatsApp account is connected to Hauzertech, the platform may access, store, and process all conversations, messages, media, and conversation metadata in which the bot participates, as necessary to provide the contracted service.
Purposes of use
We use WhatsApp data to operate the bot, respond to customers, route support interactions, audit failures, improve response quality, train operational rules, detect abuse, generate metrics, and provide technical support to the contracting customer. This use does not apply to data received from the personal Google integrations described below.
Confidentiality
We do not sell, publish, or disclose conversation content to third parties unrelated to providing the service. Internal access is restricted to authorized people and used only for operations, support, security, product improvement, legal compliance, or at the contracting customer’s own request.
LGPD and responsibilities
We process personal data in accordance with the principles of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, including purpose, necessity, transparency, security, and prevention. The contracting customer must ensure that it has a legal basis and authorization to connect the channel, process its contacts’ data, and inform its own customers when applicable.
Security and retention
We adopt technical and administrative measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Data may be retained for as long as necessary for operations, audits, support, legal obligations, or the defense of rights.
Personal Google integrations
Connecting Google Calendar or Google Contacts is optional and requires your authorization. In My Account → Calendar and contacts, you choose calendar and contacts separately. Permissions are personal and tied to your account and real estate company. You must choose a destination calendar and explicitly enable automatic appointment sync.
Data accessed in calendars and contacts
We receive the authorized account identifier and email and the permissions granted. Depending on your choice, the APIs allow us to read calendar lists, names, identifiers, timezone and write permissions, as well as event and contact fields: titles, descriptions, locations, dates, names, phone numbers, emails, notes and revision identifiers. To locate records created by Hauzertech, check changes and prevent duplicates, reconciliation may query data beyond linked records; Google contact lookup may scan the account’s contacts. This data is not imported into the CRM as clients, appointments or AI content.
Purpose and authorized operations
We use these integrations to create, update and cancel only Hauzertech-managed appointments in the selected calendar for visits and tasks assigned to you, and to create or update client contacts you chose to save. Enabling automation can also send already scheduled future visits and tasks assigned to you. A contact may include the name, selected phone number, email and property title, code, address and public link; an appointment may include the client, property, location and times. We do not send internal CRM notes or private documents or automatically create invitations. External changes to synchronized content become conflicts rather than being imported into the CRM or automatically overwritten. Events with attendees or recurrence are not automatically updated or removed.
Storage, protection and sharing of integration data
We store encrypted authorization credentials, the account identifier and email, granted permissions, selected calendar and preferences on the server. We retain remote identifiers, revisions, content integrity hashes, linked-record context including the client, property and selected phone, and sync status, errors and timestamps to operate the connection, detect conflicts and prevent duplicates. Event and contact data queried to locate and check records is processed for that purpose without copying the entire calendar or address book into the CRM. We send Google only the data needed for your authorized operations; the infrastructure operating the service processes data to provide it. We do not use or transfer data received from these APIs for AI model training, advertising, data sales or purposes unrelated to the requested integration. Human access to information received from these integrations is permitted only with your affirmative, specific authorization for the information concerned, for example in a support request, when necessary to investigate security issues, or when required by law. The general AI, operations and support purposes described for WhatsApp conversations do not authorize this access.
Disconnecting and controlling your account
You can disable preferences or disconnect the provider in My Account → Calendar and contacts. Disconnecting removes stored credentials and pending authorizations and stops new synchronization. Previously created events and contacts remain in your Google account, where you can manage them; Hauzertech retains technical mappings and sync context to control conflicts and duplicates under this policy’s retention purposes. Local disconnection does not revoke the provider’s authorization, which you can also manage in your account settings. Phone and WhatsApp visibility depend on device synchronization and permissions.
Google API Services and Limited Use
Hauzertech’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This data is used only for the calendar and contact features you authorize and is not sold or used for advertising or AI training.
