Use of the automated assistant
Hauzertech provides automation and artificial intelligence tools for customer service. The customer is responsible for correctly configuring the rules, contacts, schedules, properties, business data, and messages used by the bot.
Possibility of errors
The bot may make mistakes, interpret messages incorrectly, generate incomplete responses, suggest outdated information, or fail because of technical limitations, unavailable external services, unstable APIs, incorrect data, or customer configurations.
Limitation of liability
The bot’s responses do not replace human review or legal, financial, real estate, or professional advice. Hauzertech is not responsible for business decisions, promises made to end consumers, losses resulting from misuse, incorrect configurations, data provided by the customer, or failures of external platforms.
Connected channels
By connecting a WhatsApp/Evolution instance, the customer declares that it is authorized to use that number, understands that the bot may read and process conversations on that channel, and accepts that operation also depends on external providers such as WhatsApp, Evolution API, infrastructure services, and AI models.
Acceptance and updates
Creating a new WhatsApp instance requires acceptance of the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. When the terms are updated, the platform may request renewed acceptance before enabling sensitive integrations.
